John Mayer performed at the Nokia Live Theater in downtown LA on Saturday night. We were blessed to get front row seats (right next to Penelope Cruz, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, no less). I have been a John Mayer fan for quite some time, but what he did that night solidified him as a bona fide superstar. Not like a Justin Timberlake kind of star; more like Bob Dylan. His mastery of the guitar was nearly equaled by his amazing songwriting and utmost humility. It was truly a magical experience. And sitting on the front row wasn't bad either.
